Registration for the Greene County Youth Athletic Association (GCYAA) 2019 fall youth football program is open now through Aug. 13. Registration is online at www.gcyaa.org
The program is for players entering grades 3-6. Third and fourth graders will learn football fundamentals playing flag football. The registration fee is $65 per athlete.
Fifth and sixth graders will play modified tackle football. The registration fee for modified tackle football is $175 per player.
Each additional athlete from the same family will receive a $10 discount on the registration fee. The Rotary Club of Jefferson has made scholarship funds available to GCYAA for youngsters with a financial need to allow more youngsters to participate. Payment plans are available as well. Equipment will be passed out Monday, Aug. 12. Games will begin in September.
