In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered June 264 against Richard Lee Norton Jr of Panora on a charge of public intoxication- first offense, amended from public intoxication- second offense. Norton was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must also pay $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees. Court costs were $60.

Cases were initiated as follows: Justin Harvey of Grand Junction, criminal mischief- fifth degree (two counts); Johnnie Richard Phipps of Ames, possession of drug paraphernalia; Brandon John Niedowicz of Lohrville, theft- fifth degree; Justin Joe Downs of Churdan, theft- fifth degree; and Rick Eugene Tuhn of Grand Junction, disorderly conduct.
