The Churdan library trustees and staff will host “Tunes and Treats” on the Fourth of July.
Treats – ice cream sundaes or a brownie a la mode – will be served in the new air-conditioned meeting room at the library beginning at 6:15 pm.
Tunes will be provided by the Town and Country Band in the city park at 7 pm. Chris Fiscus, band director at Glidden-Ralston and Coon Rapids-Bayard, will be guest conductor.
Attendees are reminded to bring lawn chairs for the concert in the park.
