Jefferson Telecom has launched a directory photo contest for the 2019-2020 telephone directory front cover. The winner of the chosen photo will win $100 in Greene County Chamber Checks.
Greene County residents are invited to showcase their photographic talents and submit images of the natural beauty and points of interest that describe Jefferson and Greene County. Photos should represent Jefferson and/or Greene County and be different from previous telephone directory covers. Images could include woods, farms, wildlife, rivers, streams, points of local interest, and local activities.
Rules and information for the contest are as follows: Limit of three entries per household (amateurs only); must be a Greene County resident; include where the photo was taken and a short description; photos should represent Jefferson and/or Greene County; photos must be in color and have been taken in the last three years; entries will become the property of Jefferson Telecom; submission implies consent to use photos on the directory cover or in any other advertising campaign; a participant cannot win two years in a row.
The winner will be chosen at the discretion of Jefferson Telecom.
Entry deadline is noon, July 31, 2019. All entries can be sent to photos@jeffersontelecom.com (JPEG format.) All entries will be posted on the Jefferson Telecom Facebook page and at www.jeffersontelecom.com.
