Cases were initiated in magistrate court against Megan Ann Stuhr of Fort Dodge, theft-fifth degree (two separate cases); Randy Robert Lundberg of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Dalton Weber of Jefferson, disorderly conduct- fighting or violent behavior; and Benjamin Lee Cahall of Grand Junction, assault.
