Library news – The Rippey library will be staffed by volunteers during the next few weeks. We will do our best while our librarian recovers. Thank you for your patience.
The regular Rippey Lions Club meeting Thursday, March 7, will begin with a potluck meal at 7 pm at the Rippey United Methodist Church. Harlan DenBeste is coordinator for the potluck meal and Rick Liebich is in charge of the program.
The next meeting of the Rippey United Methodist Church Ladies Aid is scheduled at Thursday, March 7, at 1 pm at the church. Jo Bardole will present the program. Nancy Burrow is hostess.
Jean Borgeson spent Saturday afternoon visiting with Phil and Toni Roberts at their Spring Valley apartment in Perry. After sharing the supper meal with them, she visited with Verla Ridnour, also a resident of the facility. It was good to catch up with these long-time friends.
