The GJ 150 Committee will have a soup supper on Sunday, March 3, from 5 to 6:30 pm at the Grand Junction Community Center. (The event was originally planned for Feb. 17 and rescheduled due to a winter storm.)
The menu is chili, cheesy potato soup, ham sandwiches, bars, lemonade and coffee. The cost is a free will offering. Carry-outs and delivery will be available. Call Grand Junction City Hall at 515-738-2585 before Friday at noon to request a delivery.
The event is a fundraiser for the Grand Junction Sesquicentennial Celebration on Aug. 2-4, 2019.
