The requested registration deadline for the Jefferson park and recreation department’s youth wrestling program is Tuesday, Nov. 27. Young grapplers will meet Saturdays from Dec. 1 through Jan. 19 (except for Dec. 23).
The program is for boys and girls in grades K-5. Youngsters in grades K-2 meet from 9:30 to 10:15 am, and youngsters in grades 3-5 meet from 10:15 to 11:15 am. Sessions will be at the Jefferson Fieldhouse.
Sean Sebourn will teach the fundamentals of wrestling. Headgear is required for all wrestlers.
