In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Nov. 14 against Jennifer Marie Ashby of Jefferson on a charge of theft- fifth degree. She was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 court costs. She must also pay $600 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Justin Ray Lopez of Jefferson, possession of alcohol under age – second offense; and Lauren Marie Schulte of Jefferson, disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.
