The Greene County girls 4 X 100m relay placed 54th with a time of 52.21 seconds in the preliminaries at the Drake Relays Friday afternoon. Members of the team were junior Melanie Doran, freshmen Brianna Osterson and Lillian Muir and senior Megan Durbin.
The fastest qualifying time was 49.10 seconds by the team from Wahlert Catholic (Dubuque). The eighth team to qualify ran the relay in 49.78 seconds.
