Greene County is now inundated with hog confinements. Within the city limits of Jefferson there is often a noticeable whiff of hog manure in the air. No one should have the right to impinge on anyone’s quality of life.
Who will want to move to Jefferson or Greene County when our air is fetid and our water poisoned?
