The Greene County 4-H communications contest, a prologue to the county fair, was held Tuesday, June 13, at the Greene County Extension & Outreach office.
Five exhibitors competed in the event, which was judged by Mary Johnson of Ankeny. The contest was coordinated by communications superintendent Yvette Bardole.
Results follow:
- Bailey Anderson, educational presentation, poster – one purple, one blue
- Arthur Bardole, educational presentation, extemporaneous, poster – three purple
- Avery Bardole, educational presentation – one purple
- Caden Etherton, educational presentation – one purple
- Trey Schilling, educational presentation – one blue
State Fair selections are Arthur and Avery Bardole with educational presentations, Arthur Bardole in extemporaneous, and Bailey Anderson’s poster.
Clay County Fair selection is Caden Etherton, educational presentation.
