Upcoming dates at the fair were discussed. Fair clean up and set up is Sunday, July 9 at 1 pm. Our club is assigned the beef barn. Show up in work clothes and bring rakes, shovels, brooms and gloves. Judging at Clover Hall is Tuesday, July 11. Our club is scheduled at 10 am. The Hardin Happy Hustlers are scheduled to work in the Clover Hall on Thursday morning and Clover Café on Friday morning. Leader Kathy Marshall will email a schedule out shortly. It is important that everyone show up to work at their scheduled time. The premium auction will be held on Monday, July 17 at 8:30. It’s important that members help with clean up after the auction.

There was a discussion of ideas for decorating our club’s booth at the fair. This year’s fair theme is “Start Your Future Here.” Hannah and Grace Curtis will lead a committee to plan our booth.
