Greene County junior Rachael Danielson placed third at the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference golf meet at Cedar Pointe Golf Course Wednesday in Boone with an 87 on the par 72 course. Britta Snyder of Gilbert led the field with a 77.
The Rams placed seventh with a 465. Lindsey Paulsen scored 121, Ellie Madson scored 123 and Emily Heupel scored 134. Other scores not in the team total were a 137 by Kaitlyn McColley and a DQ score of 257 by Serenity Owens.
Nevada won the meet with a 371. Other team scores were Gilbert 383, South Hamilton 402, PCM 410, Roland-Story 424, CMB 461 and North Polk 634.
