Greene County magistrate court, week ending March 30

In Greene County magistrate court a case was initiated against Stephen Arthur Molle of Jamaica on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending March 30 as follows: Tony Edward Eddy of Rockwell City and Kannen Lane Carrick of Perry, dark window/windshield, $50; Lance William Dean Baker of New Sharon, failure to carry registration card, $20; Fabian Jurado Rios of Waukee, no valid driver’s license, $200; and Charles William Minnehan of Churdan, operating non-registered vehicle.

Also, speed, $90 (16-20 mph over limit): Wanda Jean Deconnick of Denison.

Speed, $80 (11-15 mph over limit): Summer Lou Smith of Jefferson and Alma Michel Sosa of Denison.

Speed, $40 (6-10 over): Scott E. Baldwin of Quincy, IL, Anthony Joseph Quandt of Carroll, *Paul Edward Kautzky of Adair, *Ryan Adam Kraft of Lohrville, Nicholas Carter Rice of Rippey, and *Charles Lynn Frideres of Algona.

Speed, $20 (1-5 over): Tiffany Jean Hull of Perry, *Jill Ann Rasmussen and Brittany Lynn Ratliff, both of Jefferson, and Wayde William Menges of La Vista, NE.

Failure to obey traffic control device, $100: Anthony David Perry of Paton and Wendy Caro Salguero Sagastume of Clive.

Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Katelynn Marie Gifford of Scranton, no valid driver’s license, $200; Patrick Michael O’Rourke of Boone and Patricia Eileen Gall of Cumming, speed, $20; Ashley Marie Voege of Jefferson, failure to provide proof of financial liability, $250; Jason Douglas Dane and Ryan James Brown, both of Jefferson, operating non-registered vehicle, $50; and *Joel Michael Cholico of Jefferson, speed, $40.

The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.

Court costs were $60 on each citation unless otherwise noted.

*An additional $5 county surcharge was added.
