Artistically inclined people who are looking for a bit of peace in the hectic holiday season are invited to a guided painting fundraiser to benefit the Churdan public library building fund.
Jolene Peters of Art on the Fly will lead “artists” at any skill level as they created a wintry scene in shades of blue Monday, Dec. 12, from 6 to 9 pm at the Churdan public library.
Persons who would like more information or to reserve a place in the class can call the library at 515-389-3423. Cost is $40, with a portion going to the library’s building fund.
