Jungle Into Junction, Holiday of Trees as fundraisers for pool fund
A Festival of Trees will kick off at Jingle Into Junction today, Nov. 20, at the Grand Junction Community Center.
Jingle Into Junction will feature a soup supper from 5 to 7 pm. Also, bidding in a silent auction of gift baskets, holiday décor and other items will conclude at 6:30. Those items were on display at Peoples Trust & Savings Bank in Grand Junction.
Along with those silent auction items are several decorated Christmas trees up for silent auction in the Festival of Trees. Bidding on the trees will end Friday, Dec. 2, at 7 pm during the Grand Junction city holiday open house.
Proceeds from both events will go to the Grand Junction pool repair fund.
