Jefferson Telecom has announced the addition of a new staff member, John Hupp.
Hupp is working in the Jefferson Telecom showroom in customer service and also as a cellular specialist. His primary duties include helping customers establish or renew cellular service and assisting with questions with their devices. Hupp will also assist with all of the product lines including landline telephone, long distance, cable TV, Internet, and U.S. Cellular.
“John’s understanding of the importance of customer service was appealing to Jefferson Telecom,” noted Jamie Daubendiek, Jefferson Telecom. “John had experience working closely with the customer in his previous position and we felt strongly that his background, along with his passion for technology, would not only benefit Jefferson Telecom, but more importantly, our customers.”
Hupp, a Scranton native, and his wife Tiffany have a son named Zachary. They currently reside in Jefferson.
