Persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments in Greene County district court as follows: John Raymond Fortisi Jr, 27, of Madrid, driving while license barred; Johnathan Dale Laue, 38, of Grand Junction, driving while license barred (same charge, two different cases); and Kevin Eugene Miller, 52, of Massena, possession of marijuana-second offense. A trial date was set of Dec. 15 for Fortisi, and of Jan. 26 for Laue and Miller.
