Greene County magistrate court, week ending Nov. 13

In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Nov. 12 against Ann C. Lehnhoff charged with being an accessory to a misdemeanor. Lehnhoff was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge.

Freedom Hope Ore of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge on a charge of trespass. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed. Court costs were $81.50.

Evan Royce Pettit of Jefferson paid a fine of $100 with a $35 surcharge on a charge of trespass.

A judgment was entered against RD Nicolaisen of Perry on a charge of public intoxication. He was sentenced to time served and a judgment was entered for a $48 sheriff’s fee and court costs. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

A judgment was entered against Arlene Rose Anderson of Carroll on a charge of trespass (casino self-exclusion violation). She was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge.

Courts costs were $60 unless otherwise specified.

Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending Nov. 13 as follows: Coleman Keith Marlow Jr of Grand Junction, trespass and violation of a no contact order; Dustin Michael McGuire of Manson, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Tyler Cordell Kirby of Des Moines, theft-fifth degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending Nov.13 as follows: Shawn Michael Rice of Scranton, speed, $120.

Also, speed, $80 (11-15 mph over limit): Emmanuel Deanda of Denison.

Speed, $40 (6-10 over): Vicente Hanoy Perez of Denison, Jose Angel Munozreyes of Baldwin Park, CA, Kolton Bryan Chaplin of Hubbard, *Todd L. Sindergard of Pickerington, OH, and Gerald James Wilsey of Jefferson.

Speed, $20 (1-5 over): Arthur Wong of Ankeny, Jessica May Asmus of Lake City, Mark Anthony Parker of Panora, Jeffrey Lynn Drummond of Van Meter and Ben Ray Vanatta of Perry.

Failure to obey stop/yield sign, $100: Nancy Louise Winger of Jefferson.

Failure to wear/maintain safety belt, $50: Casey James Nelson of Jefferson.

Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Johnny Lee Roe II of Jefferson, no valid driver’s license, two citations, @ $200; Patrick Michael Kennedy of Jefferson, careless driving, $35; Jerry Franklin Goff of Jefferson and Benito Ortiz-Cervantes of Grand Junction, failure to provide proof of financial liability, $250; and Sherilyn Kay Dunlap of Perry, failure to provide proof of financial liability – accident related, $500.

The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.

Court costs were $60 on each citation unless otherwise noted.
