The Churdan public library is hosting a guided painting class Sunday, Nov. 15, from 2 to 4 pm at the library. Proceeds will go into the building addition fund.
Artist Lou Blanchfield will lead painters at all skill levels through painting a carrot-nosed, button-eyed snowman. Refreshments will be served.
The cost of $25 will include all supplies. Please pre-register by Friday, Nov. 13, by calling the library at 515-389-3423. Class size will be limited to 20; an evening class will be added if there is enough interest.
