Many people in Greene County wondered where Spring had gone during much of the week that ended at 6 am Friday, May 22, but the weather for both county high schools’ commencement celebrations May 17 was pleasant.
High temperature for the week was 81 degrees and the low temperature was 42 degrees. Saturday graduation open houses were inside events. Volunteer weather observer John Beltz reported 1.46 inches of rain that day.
